28 DAY NUTRITION CLEAN UP CHALLENGE

This challenge is going to be FABULOUS! You are going to look better and feel better.

Download your habit changing weekly E-books (all 4 of them) and Weekly Cheat Sheets as well as your
 Healthy Habits Tracker and Measurement/Weight Tracker.

The E-books are chock full of nutrition info, recipes, tips and tricks to get you set up with everything you need for the week ahead to ditch your unhealthy ways in only 28 days!

One Habit At a Time.

You will have one habit (JUST ONE) to follow, with a few supporting actions each week. You should be able to stick to this habit for at least 90 – 100 percent of the time. If you don’t believe that you can stick to the habit 100 percent – take ONLY ONE DAY OFF in the week.

The purpose of your challenge is to build on small habits that will make a huge difference to your wellbeing.

This is a nutritional challenge, but make sure you are getting in some of our Youthful Body sweat sessions too to ensure maximum results!

Here’s to changing your ways in 28 days! You can do this!

What is the 28 Day Nutrition Clean Up Challenge? 

The purpose of this challenge is to challenge you to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier lifestyle and to keep you on track for fab, fitness results!

The challenge is divided up into
4 weekly goals 

Week 1

Drink only zero calorie beverages with supporting actions – hydrate like an athlete and NO BOOZE! Plus plan your sleep routine.

Week 2

Eat your greens with supporting actions – add a green smoothie or raw veggies.

Week 3

Eat real food with supporting actions – eat protein, healthy fats and carbs but swap out the white stuff.

Week 4

Improve your gut with supporting actions – ditch the diary.

We’re REALLY not expecting you to give some of these things up forever, just give us a month and you be the judge as to how fantastic you look and feel!

Each week builds on the previous weeks’ habits – so yes, we are asking you to ditch the booze for 28 days – but you’ll have awesome support and it will be fun!

28 Day ‘Total Body Clean Up via Healthy Habits Challenge’ Rules

  1. Read your e-book EVERY FRIDAY to plan for the week ahead.
  2. Each week will be a different nutrition clean up challenge to help you cut calories, detox and add nutrients to your daily diet.
  3. Log your habit completion daily on your “Healthy Habits” tracker.
  4. Check your Private Facebook 28 Nutrition Challenge page DAILY for more recipes, tips and education to support each week.
  5. If you have consistently completed your healthy habits, (which means 90% of the time – see “Healthy Habits” tracker for more details!), then you have successfully completed the 28 Day Nutrition Challenge and then you will be entered into a draw to win some fabulous prizes!

YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE WE START!

  1. Join our Private Facebook Group! If you’re not yet a member of our private group, make sure to request to join by Clicking HERE.
  2. Read your E-books, especially week 1 E-book FIRST! They have everything you need to succeed and make the most of your 28 days.
  3. Shop & Prep! Make sure to set aside some time this weekend to go grocery shopping and complete your food prep for the week’s challenge ahead.  This will help set you up for success during your first week!
  4. MEASUREMENTS:  Please make sure to get your “before” measurements completed before you start. Download the template to track your measurements and weight.
