The YB method Live Group Workouts
Live Group Workouts take place in the early morning, late evening and Saturday mornings*. There is a fantastic variety to enable your progress, whatever your fitness level. The workout schedule is designed for the busy midlife lifestyle – we’ve taken into consideration school runs, work and family commitments.
We use weights, bands and slider discs in your YB Live Workouts. You’ll feel challenged and you won’t get bored – only motivated for more!
All Live Workouts are easily accessed via Zoom or Facebook. If you’re a technophobe, don’t worry. We’ll help you to get set up and ready to go.

WHAT IS THE YB METHOD?
