The YB method Live Group Workouts*

Live Group Workouts are early morning, late evenings and Saturday mornings. There is a fantastic variety to enable you to progress, whatever your fitness level. The workout schedule is designed for the busy midlife lifestyle and we’ve taken into consideration school runs, work and family commitments.

We use weights, bands and slider discs in the YB Live Workouts. You’ll be challenged and you won’t get bored – only motivated for more!
All Live Workouts are easily accessed via Zoom or Facebook. If you are a technophobe, don’t worry we’ll help you to get set up and ready to go.
